The holidays are over...

Hello people....

It's 2011... The FUTURE!!! Hope you all had awesome healthy holidays... I had many good times... Over the past couple weeks I put on a couple pounds, but I'm still doing great... Down a total of 164 and weighed in last Friday at 220... Pretty good... Did a bit too much drinking over the holidays, but I'm back on track and kicking ass... I'll do a video this weekend... We're coming up on the 1 year anniversary of my starting this journey, so stay tuned...
