There's a lot of temptation on a cruise ship...

Do you know you can order free room service 24 hours a day on a cruise ship? You know how many times I did that? None...

Do you know there's non stop buffets all day on a cruise ship and burger stands where you can just grab a double cheeseburger or four? You know how many times I did that? None...

Do you know there's tons of bars that server (surprisingly) inexpensive heavily poured vodka drinks on a cruise ship? You know how many times I did that? Tons...

So eating wise I think I did a damn good job on the boat... Even though they temp you at every turn with ice cream machines and pizza stands, there are still good choices available and they'll even customize some things at dinner... I definitely drank too much vodka... If you saw my bar bill it was evident (don't drink kids, it sucks)... But per my usual, when I drank it was only vodka with lime so of all choices it was the best... I did also have 1 beer on the beach in Costa Maya, but that was unavoidable...

I went to the gym twice on the boat in the 7 days I was on it... Wanted to do more, but I was doing tons of walking and swimming which was good for the cardio fix...

My official weigh in isn't till Friday so in terms of poundage I don't know how I did, but I sneaked a peak and I'm fairly certain I did ok...

I can beat the odds on a cruise...

So....

They say on average a person gains 1 pound per day on a cruise... Tomorrow I disembark from Miami on a 7 day cruise with my family thanks to our generous and wonderful grandmother... I weighed in yesterday at 232... It was a 0 loss week for me, but I lost 4 last week so all is good... I'm down 152 total (which is crazy) and I plan on losing weight on this cruise... I know, it's unheard of, but I know I can do it...

I'll do my best to update y'all if I can throughout the week...

I did some yoga...

What's up...

It's been a while since I've done a video... That's just the way it goes y'all... When you are as cool as me, sometimes you get too busy with general life stuff...

Down to 237...

Hello...

I know... It's been forever since I've posted, I've been hella busy... Halloween (amazing), traveling (awesome), work (pays for the 2 former)...

Weighed in Friday at 237... That's down 147 total and below the 240 charity weight!!! That means all y'all that pledged are gonna owe some money... I'm working on how the whole "paying" thing will work and will email each of you with instructions...

As I said before, down to 237... CRAZY!!! I'm 7 pounds away from skydiving weight... As you all know, even if I hit the goal early I'm not jumping till my birthday which is just under 4 months from now... And of course 230 is by no means my final goal, it's just a waypoint in my journey... I realistically see myself getting to 200... That's when I'll take a look at myself and decide where my body should be...

As always, I thank and love you all for your support and kind words... I will do a video next weekend for sure so stay tuned...
