Happy Friday everybody...

I know, I know... It's been a while... What can I say, I've been super busy...

Here's the update... I weighed in this morning at 266, that's down 2 pounds for the week and 118 so far... Crazy stuff... Same old same old in terms of what I've been doing eating and exercise wise... Thought last week's Vegas trip was going to hurt me, but I ended up losing 4 pounds last week...

You know what the funniest thing about weight loss is? It's the spacial changes... I walked up to my car the other day and some A-hole had parked way too close to me... I said to myself, "how am I gonna get in my car?"... Then low and behold, I tried and got right in... My mind hasn't adjusted to how much smaller my body actually is... Weird...

Had a great time in Vegas this weekend...

Sup...

So this past weekend we celebrated my brother Brian's 30th birthday in Vegas... And boy did I celebrate... I did pretty good food wise, but let me tell you, I drank like a fish... In terms of what I drank it was just vodka on the rocks and a large number of tequila shots... None of the calorie filled mixers or beers, but too much of anything ain't good... I was down 3 pounds when I weighed in last Thursday putting me at 273 (which is awesome), we shall see how Friday's weigh in goes...
