Hello all...
I don't know about you, but I think holiday meals are the best time of the year... Family and / or friends getting together to eat... They tend not to be the healthiest of dinners... Here's what I'm doing... I asked my mom to keep a baked potato aside instead of adding it to her world famous baked stuffed potato recipe and BAM! I can have a simple baked potato with a little salt and pepper... That's a lot better than the alternate... Green bean casserole... Well maybe we could just steam some of those beans for little old me and BANG! Healthy veggie... Look at that prime rib... Not a lot that can be done there, I'll just avoid the fat and Mmmmm... Prime rib...
