So... Having lost a ton of weight I thought I should check in with my doctor and make sure all is good....
Went yesterday and my doc was of course happy to see my progress. I told him what all im doing and he said I'm on the right track!!! After the physical (which went well) they took blood, lots of blood.... Got a call from the doc today and he told me everything is EXCELENT!!! My cholesterol was never high, but it was on the high side of good, now it's excellent... I was hesitant to put this on my blog incase any vampires read this, they now know I have perfect blood....
