Hello all...
So last week I lost 2 and this week 4... Putting me down 108 total and at 276 pounds... Not much to report on the routine, it is same old same old... I'm really starting to research what my next exercise phase will be... Obviously I'm going to keep doing the cardio, thinking core training type exercise will be what I get myself into... Cable training and whatnot... But that's still a few weeks out at least... The last 2 weeks I've been going hiking with friends and I love it, doing it again tomorrow if anybody's interested...
