Do you realize we're quickly approaching the 3 year mark from when I started this journey?  It seems like so long yet so short at the same time...  I realize it's been far to long since I've posted on the blog and I will be better about that... I made a video, take a look!!!

5 weeks out from surgery...

And I'm doing great!!! Recovery has been going really well... I'm nearly 100% at this point... Still taking it easy to be safe... I'll have photo updates and such for y'all in the coming weeks, just wanted to shoot you guys an update!!!

I've finally done another video and it's chock full of stuff... My travels to Peru... My current weight and routine... And biggest of all... My upcoming SURGERY!!!

Long time no write...

Hello people...

I know... I know... I'm an a-hole... But sometimes life gets just too darn busy...

Life is going great... I'm still eating right and exercising... For the last few months my weight has settled in the mid to low 190's... So that's amazing... I've increased my calories slightly to curb the losing as I think this is a pretty good weight for me... Been traveling a ton for both work and pleasure... My work has taken me to Peru a few times in the last couple months, talk about amazing food... The best part is it's actually relatively easy to eat healthy down there... They use a lot of fresh ingredients and fish is their main protein... They don't do a lot of frying... There's some cheese and butter to avoid, but all in all they eat pretty well down there...

I'm doing a talk (via Skype) tonight at Delta State University in Mississippi... They have started a skydiving class and they heard my story... Mississippi is currently to most obese state in the US... So they want to tie my story into their class and try to inspire some people... Good times...

That's all I have for y'all at the moment... I will do a new video soon... Within days... This I promise...
